ScanPro™ HI Premium is a range of high functional pork proteins with excellent functionality. The gelling capacity of these proteins is unique, so highly recommended for injected hams where high yield is required. The HI Premium ingredient has different product characteristics, in order to meet high demands for equipment and processing, which lead to the best product quality.
