Essentia Fats

Essentia frozen fats are produced from the fat obtained during the cooking of our chicken and beef stocks under strict USDA inspection. They contain no known food allergens or added preservatives and are available in chicken or beef in frozen form.

Our chicken and beef frozen fats add rich, full fat flavor with improved body and aroma.  These fats also contribute a full, rich mouthfeel in finished applications.
