If you cannot find a job opening that matches your skills and profile, we would be happy to receive your unsolicited application. If you are looking for a job in North America or in Denmark, you can set up a “job agent” and get notified when we post new job openings.

Yes, you can.
- For North America you need to sign in to our online application system. Using the ‘Sign In’ button at the top, select your profile once signed in, find/select your application, and click on ‘Withdraw Application’ to withdraw the desired application(s).
- Outside of North America you should contact our HR department and ask them to remove your application.
Yes, even if you do not match one position, there may be other positions where you might fit perfectly. So, if you believe that your qualifications correspond to another post you are most welcome to send us a new application and our recruitment team will review you again.

When the deadline for application has expired, we evaluate all the applications and select the candidates we wish to invite to interview. Normally, the recruitment process consists of two interviews.
During the first interview, you will meet with your potential manager for an initial/informal discussion. The purpose of the first interview is to align the expectations of both the employer and the candidate. Based on this interview, the manager selects two or three applicants for a second interview.
Prior to the second interview, you may be asked to fill out a personal profile analysis and sometimes a general intelligence assessment. On agreement, we will contact some of your references as a part of the overall assessment.
When you submit your application, it enters our recruitment system where only selected HR staff and hiring managers have access.
