EmulPro™

EmulPro™ comprises functional ingredients with excellent gelatin-like properties with a great emulsifying capacity, making them ideal for many food products, e.g. cheese, mayonnaise and yoghurt.

The series consists of:

  • EmulPro™ B 200
  • EmulPro™ P 200

These ingredients enable you to reduce costs and still preserve the integrity of your end products.

When using EmulPro™ in formulations it is possible to replace other emulsifiers and get a clean label with no E-numbers. This provides the consumer with a premium, value-added product that preserves body, mouthfeel, viscosity and texture in the end product.
