ScanPro™ Hydrolyzed protein - series
Hydrolyzed proteins are ideal for protein stabilization in meat applications. Not only do they have a high protein content, they have an excellent flavor profile as well, providing great taste in the end product.
The series consists of:
- ScanPro™ SB 90
- ScanPro™ SP 90
- ScanPro™ SC 90
ScanPro™ SB 90, SP 90 and SC 90 are 100 % water-soluble, non-functional proteins. They are 100% natural origin manufactured from pork, beef or chicken raw material, processed through mechanical and thermal treatment.
All three products are clean label ingredients which can be labelled as pork stock/beef stock/chicken stock or simply as pork protein/beef protein/chicken protein.
