ScanPro™ T - series
ScanPro™ T-series is a range of high functional pork proteins that can go directly into any recipe as a clean label ingredient.
The series consist of:
- ScanPro™ T 95
- ScanPro™ T 92/SF
- ScanPro™ T 90
of which T 95 offers the highest level of water binding capacity. These ingredients add to the eating experience, the product appearance and the sliceability of meat products.
For you as a food manufacturer, this primarily translates into higher yields, a more consistent quality and less waste due to improved sliceability. For consumers, it means improved texture and an appealing product appearance with nice delicate slices - essential features when it comes to selecting one product rather than another.
The proteins are made from 100 % pork skin and processed using a highly advanced technology, which concentrates the porcine protein through thermal and mechanical treatments.
