These shelf stable fats are produced from the fat obtained during the cooking of our chicken, beef, and turkey stocks under strict USDA inspection. The fat is collected and rosemary extract is added to ensure shelf life. They contain no known food allergens and are available in chicken, beef, or turkey shelf stable form.
