If I get rejected for one job, can I then apply for another?
Absolutely! Even if you are not offered one position, there may be other posts where you might fit perfectly. So, if you believe that your qualifications correspond to another position, you are welcome to send us a new application and our recruitment team will be happy to review your application again.

What is the recruitment process?
When the deadline for application has expired, we evaluate all the applications and select the candidates we wish to invite to interview. Normally, the recruitment process consists of two interviews.
During the first interview, you will meet with your potential manager for an initial/informal discussion. The purpose of the first interview is to align the expectations of both the employer and the candidate. Based on this interview, the manager selects two or three applicants for a second interview.
Prior to the second interview, you may be asked to fill out a personal profile analysis and sometimes a general intelligence assessment. On agreement, we will contact some of your references as a part of the overall assessment.
