How do I apply for a job at Essentia Protein Solutions?

How do I go about submitting an unsolicited application?

If you cannot find a job opening that matches your skills and interests, we would be happy to receive your unsolicited application. If you are looking for a job in Denmark, you can set up a “job agent” and get notified when we post new job openings.

Is it possible to withdraw my application if I have a change of circumstances?

You can contact our HR department and ask them to remove your application.

If I get rejected for one job, can I then apply for another?

Absolutely! Even if you are not offered one position, there may be other posts where you might fit perfectly. So, if you believe that your qualifications correspond to another position, you are most welcome to send us a new application and our recruitment team will be happy to review your application again.

Can I apply for various positions in different countries?

You are free to apply for jobs in any country you like, but please be aware that some countries require residence and work permits

Which language should I use in my application?

We recommend that you write in the same language as is used in the job posting

How will I be contacted?

We will only use the contact information you provide when applying when it is necessary. We always treat your personal information with the utmost discretion.

How can I be an intern/trainee or write my bachelor/master project (thesis) with you?

An Essentia Internship and project cooperation will provide you with valuable, hands-on work experience with one of the market’s leading companies within the animal protein industry.

We fill most of our internships and project cooperation twice a year – in February and September. Please send us an unsolicited application or apply the active intern positions.

What is the recruitment process?

When the deadline for application has expired, we evaluate all the applications and select the candidates we wish to invite to interview. Normally, the recruitment process consists of two interviews.

During the first interview, you will meet with your potential manager for an initial/informal discussion. The purpose of the first interview is to align the expectations of both the employer and the candidate. Based on this interview, the manager selects two or three applicants for a second interview.

Prior to the second interview, you may be asked to fill out a personal profile analysis and sometimes a general intelligence assessment. On agreement, we will contact some of your references as a part of the overall assessment.

Who has access to view my information and documents when I submit my application?

When you submit your application, it enters our recruitment system where only selected HR staff and hiring managers have access.
