ScanPro™ SB 90, SP 90 and SC 90 are 100 % water-soluble, non-functional proteins. They are of 100% natural origin manufactured from pork, beef or chicken raw material, processed through mechanical and thermal treatment.
All three products are clean label ingredients which can be labelled as pork stock/beef stock/chicken stock or simply as pork protein/beef protein/chicken protein.
